ISVCOSELL reads your paper and stays for the whole meeting

The documents you attach now reach ISVCOSELL, and she can sit for 45 minutes instead of ten. What that changes for a procurement buyer on a live renewal call.

The named problem: she was arguing from the record, not the paper

When ISVCOSELL joined a call, she reasoned from your workspace context, the benchmarks, the deal history, the notes. What she did not reliably have was the specific document you attached to that specific meeting. The order form, the amendment, the vendor's latest proposal. So when a rep said the uplift cap was five percent and your amendment fixed it at three, ISVCOSELL could tell you what the market typically does, which is useful, but she could not point at your clause and say it reads three. That gap matters most in the exact moment you need it least to slip, when the vendor is anchoring in real time.

The fix is unglamorous and correct. A document you attach to a meeting is now read once and carried through the whole arc: into the prep, into the live coaching as the call runs, and into the seat where ISVCOSELL sits. She argues from what the paper says. This is the same discipline behind every upload gets the two minute read, extended so the read follows the document into the room.

THE SAME JOB, TWICE

TODAY, BY HAND

Open the order form, the amendment, and the vendor proposal in three tabs and read for the clauses that will come up

Build a one-page crib sheet of your positions in a spreadsheet so you can find them mid-call

Search old email threads for the side letter that changed the uplift cap last cycle

Draft talking points and hope you can locate the right paragraph while the rep is talking

Roughly 4 hours of prep, and still the wrong tab open when it matters

WITH ISVCOSELL

Attach the order form, the amendment, and the proposal to the meeting

Let ISVCOSELL read them once into the prep before the call

Join the call with ISVCOSELL in the seat, coaching live from those documents

Ask her mid-call to quote the exact clause the vendor just contradicted

About 20 minutes of your attention before the call

What changes: 4 hours of scattered prep becomes about 20 minutes, and the crib sheet you never quite trusted becomes a citation ISVCOSELL reads back verbatim. Across a portfolio of, for example, eight renewals a quarter, that is roughly 30 hours of prep recovered, and fewer concessions given because you could not find the paragraph in time.

PART TWO

Ten minutes was a third of a renewal call

The second honest limit was time. ISVCOSELL in a meeting was capped at ten minutes. A renewal call runs thirty minutes on a short one, and often longer once the vendor brings a second stakeholder onto the line. Ten minutes meant she was there for the opening and gone before the negotiation actually happened, which is the part where a buyer most wants an analyst quoting figures back. That cap is now 45 minutes. She can sit for the whole call, including the awkward middle where the discount gets renegotiated and the bundle gets restructured.

"An analyst who leaves before the negotiation starts is not an analyst, she is an introduction."

Forty-five minutes is a deliberate number, not an infinite one. It covers the standard renewal and quarterly business review shape. If your calls routinely run past that, split the agenda or plan for her to re-join. This is a ceiling we can move again, but we would rather ship a real cap that covers most of your calls than promise an open-ended one we cannot hold.

PART THREE

The drive chips stopped being decoration

In the same release, two integration pieces that looked connected but were not now actually work. First, if your workspace has connected a cloud store, a document can come straight out of it into a meeting. No download, re-upload, version guessing. The drive chip you already saw in the interface now does what it implied. This pairs with the archive import work in scanned contracts read themselves, so the paper ISVCOSELL argues from is the paper of record, pulled from where it already lives.

Second, the desktop app can now be signed in without a password. That sounds like a convenience, and for many buyers it is. But for a workspace that requires single sign-on, passwordless is not a nicety, it is the only permitted way in. Until now those buyers could not use the app at all. You can set this up under your desktop app settings. If your organisation runs SSO, this is the change that unlocks everything above for you.

Passwordless sign-in for the desktop app, the required path for SSO workspaces.

PART FOUR

What changes for the buyer

1 The paper is in the room. The order form, amendment, and proposal you attach are read once and carried into prep, live coaching, and the seat. ISVCOSELL quotes your clause, not the market average, when the vendor misstates a term.

2 She stays for the whole call. The ten minute cap becomes 45 minutes, enough to cover a standard renewal or QBR through the part where the discount and the bundle are actually negotiated.

3 Documents flow from your connected store. A file can come straight out of the cloud store your workspace already connected, so you argue from the version of record rather than a copy you re-uploaded.

4 SSO workspaces can finally use the app. Passwordless sign-in is the only path for organisations that require single sign-on. If that is you, this release is the one that lets you in.

5 The memo still writes itself. Everything ISVCOSELL cited from your documents during the call carries into the post-call memo, so the record of what the paper says is captured, not reconstructed later from memory.

PART FIVE

The honest limits

Three things this does not do, stated plainly. ISVCOSELL reads the documents you attach to the meeting, not your entire archive live during the call. If the decisive clause is in a contract you did not attach, she does not have it in the seat. Attach the paper that matters before you dial in. Second, 45 minutes is a real ceiling. On a long, multi-stakeholder call she may reach the limit before you hang up, and you will need to plan around that. Third, the read is only as good as the document. A scanned amendment with poor image quality reads worse than a clean PDF, and a proposal that contradicts itself will produce a ISVCOSELL who reports the contradiction rather than resolving it for you. That last one is arguably a feature, but it is not magic.

None of this replaces reading your own contract. It replaces having read it three weeks ago and hoping you remember the clause number under pressure. For the deeper work of standing up positions before you ever get on a call, the decode any contract workflow still does the careful reading, and the memo written when you hang up still turns the call into a record. This release just closes the gap between what we said ISVCOSELL would carry into the room and what she actually carried. The paper is in the room now, and she stays for the whole meeting.
